You need a valid state or federally issued form of identification so we can prove your identity. We only accept original documents. Photocopies are not accepted. Examples: Valid United States Driver’s License, Valid Passport (any Country), Military ID.
An ORI number is the Originating Agency Identifier. Depending on the service, your ORI number will tell us why you are getting your fingerprints scanned. When we enter the ORI number, the system will automatically send the fingerprinting results to the company that is associated with that number.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Cash. The person who’s name is on the credit card needs to be present.
Live Scan Fingerprinting is an electronic way of capturing your fingerprints and submitting them to the department of your choice. Similar to a paper scanner, you will place your fingerprints on a glass top device and your fingers will be scanned electronically.
Typically, your live scan service will take approximately 10-15 minutes from when you begin the process until the end.
